KitKat: Not bad! But you should note your reference when you draw reference pictures or else you could get a lot of people pissed off. You're doing a nice job! Some of the proportions are a little off in a few pictures, and you could use some work on clothing wrinkles, (mostly on the male shirts) but other than that, it's really quite good.
If you want a few tips, try looking at yourself while you draw to see what sort of proportions. Once you do that enough, they become ingrained into your mind and practically effortless. Also for wrinkles, try draping a towel over your chair and drawing that, or using a model such as yourself or another person or even a picture.
Overall, you're doing really well!
